IHOP in Memphis

Great service. Very clean... Great cooks.. And great location... Best one in Memphis TN...

We have come here for years, I Love the Short Stack , and the Build your Own Omelettes are always Great! The Staff are Kind, Service with a Smile!! My family enjoys coming here.

We were seated quickly but then it seemed to take the server quite a while to come back around to take our drink order, bring us our drinks and then actually take our order. Then it took a long time for us to actually get our food. No real sense of urgency.When we actually got our food it was barely warm. While the taste was good, it would have been much better actually hot. I don't know what is up with the syrup, as they have four different types of syrup to try. They have traditional maple syrup which is good however the strawberry, the blueberry and the butter pecan syrups all had a funky taste to them.For two people the total came to a little over $11 which isn't bad for breakfast. We'll go back and give it a second try in the future, but will try other options first.

I haven't been here in years. Still packed at the entrance with a wait. Wait wasn't that long though. Service was good which was surprising. Food came out quickly despite them being busy. Everything tasted good. Burger was super spicy but was very good

Great food. It was busy, very busy. But they still got our food in a timely fashion. And our waitress was amazing too. I wish I could remember her name. She was an older (Hispanic?) woman with a slight accent. Much love to her for her great service. ❤

Busiest one in Memphis, but the reason why is the waitresses, they always respond quick if you need them but they have the perfect balance of leaving you alone to let you eat. May take a minute to get food but it's always hot. They are quick to remake if they mess up and aren't grumpy about it

Best place for late night. Me and my buddies come here after work 2-3 times a week, never had much of a problem. Night crew here are real attentive, friendly and fun to talk with!

Great service💯. Got our order right, delicious food, great service. Waitress Allison took good care of use, actually took down our order and no mistakes where made. Food came out delicious👍

Great food, as always, but they need help organizing. It took an extra minute to get a table just figuring out who our server was going to be. Waitress was busy on the other side of the restaurant doing her job but unable to see and therefore serve us. Will definitely go back.

So... I always have to wait when I go into IHOP... as much as I hate that, this was one of the few good experiences I had here with good food and good service. Our server was super busy but she was really great, really friendly and a joy to have.The food was alright. I always love their pancakes. And they have unlimited pancakes right now... but good service just can’t be beat!!!

I have eaten consistently good breakfasts here. It bothers me a little. The IHOP in Portage, Michigan, near where I live is awful and is to be avoided. But this IHOP has given me constantly good service and food for a decent price. I recommend it.

Thought they were closed but waited... Great food as usual!! Me and mom's annual Christmas visit.

Food was great. Service a little slow

I ordered from the 55 menu a BLT sandwich which includes your choice of soup salad or fries. I chose the soup by the way was delicious. My BLT was terrible the lettuce was black around the edges, the bacon was not cook properly it almost raw. Not happy at all.

My server was very nice and attentive. Food was good. Got the applewood sausage and all you eat pancakes. Didn't make it pass the 1st round. Will go back again.

Grinch pancakes and Grinch hot chocolate!!! Ok so it’s just IHOP but this was a fun menu and both the kids and I had a lot of fun with green pancakes and Roast Beast omelettes! Portions are huge and the food is always hot and consistent. It is rare that we eat here and don’t take at least half of our meal home in a box!

My all-time old school favorite place for Pancakes breakfast and side of hash browns...lunch fav is the unstoppable Patty Melt! yum yum...

The waiter was amazing and so was the food. Didnt have too wait too long for anything, making it a quick stop in the morning

Service was fast and friendly. They have a half price special for breakfast and is definitely worth the money. Also restaurant was clean and atmosphere was casual.

Everything was wonderful. I had the Wrap of Monti Cristo with a side of hash browns. It was delicious. My friends got pancakes, bacon, sausage and eggs. Everything was great. Our waitress was fast and friendly. We were brought refills without asking. She brought ketchup and hot sauce before our food was even ready, and hot syrup too. I'll be returning as soon as this "pandemic" is dealt with.

Since they Remodeled an charged up the Food is very good. If Jason is cooking kick it up a loo level to Great. He m.j takes the BEST FLUFFY OMELET EVER !! Go at least once a week now ! Oh an the Pricing is Fantastic !!

One waitress at 7pm on a Saturday night. Yep just one but she rocked. She was everywhere at once. Food was good just like you would want at ihop. It was endless pankaces and I think they did great with just one server. So Kat the waitress and her hostess gets 5 stars. I hop managers get 1 for poor planning and not filling in. All in all a 3.

Very friendly.... I love the way the staff treat each other, no yelling and with respect regardless of the disability.... we spent our thanksgiving here(the dinner wasn’t that good, but they have other items) The 5 stars is STRICTLY for the service not only to the customers but the way they treated the guy that works there with a disability.... they didn’t treat him differently or special... they treat him like a man with a job just like them.... I have 2 autistic children in my family(1 niece/1 nephew) and I HOPE that these type of people still exist when they become adults.... AWESOME JOB HIRING MANAGER on the staff!!!!!! 💞🤗💪🏽

Ordered food to go. Once I got in the car and went through the bag I realized we were missing nearly half the food. I take the food and the receipt back inside. They argued with me staying it was all there. I had to take everything out of the bag and point to the receipt showing where I had 3 items missing. The made the 3 items which took over 25 minutes. Leaving the rest of the food ice cold before I got home. No one apologized. Nothing. So over the horrible customer service and no one taking pride in their job anyone.

Service here was excellent. Our server was attentive and kind. Food came out as ordered, hot and fresh. Definitely would stop here again coming through town. Restaurant was clean and bathrooms were in great shape.

Friendly staff and excellent service. Doing a good job at social distancing. Waited 45 minutes for a seat when was told the wait would be 20 minutes.

Love the 55+ menu they have here. Can't remember our server's name, but he was so polite, efficient, friendly, and mild-mannered. Appreciated the fact that he has the maturity to recognize that honey draws more flies than loud, boisterous, overly verbose younger servers often do. Kudos to him, and to the chefs who prepared our food cooked to perfection. Hope to visit this IHOP again next time I am in the area.

Sometimes IHOPS are a hit or a miss. Don't miss a chance to eat at this IHOP! It's delicious, clean, and friendly staff don't leave you disappointed!

Fries was too crispy and hard. And portion size was too small for the price. Hostess was friendly and cordial. The place look like it's was closed. No one at front desk.

The service is great if you come at the right time. It's always a hit or miss whether you get a good server. I recommend coming here on weekdays near noon and avoiding the weekend crowd.

2nd stop here this year along my travels.. both late late night visits.. staff is on point.. good food.. low key environment.. and centrally located!!
